As a Coach, I support people like you to make positive changes in the different areas of your life. Positive changes can include finding a meaningful career, getting healthy, or adopting new habits that support you to be successful, personally or professionally.

I believe that you don’t have to do this work alone, nor do you have to figure everything out on your own. I’m here to help you get clear about what you want and support and guide you to live your best life.

I’ve always had a natural affinity for community. Growing up in a rafting community and having spent over 10 years running rivers as a professional river guide, I’ve experienced the value of community and the importance of helping to support and take care of those around us.

Coaching and guiding have many similarities. At their core, they both are about challenging and encouraging people to step out of their comfort zones towards exciting possibilities -- all while feeling safe, heard and supported.

My unique experiences as a river guide, combined with a background in hospitality and event production make me a coach who can partner with my clients on many levels, ultimately leading to insights and action plans that are strategically organized and deeply fulfilling.

My personal approach to coaching is infused with elements of community and collaboration along with my problem solving and organizational expertise. Through these lenses, I bring a fresh and approachable perspective to career and personal development.

I’m fiercely committed to make your success my priority, and I’m excited for you to learn to love all the elements of your life.

Coaching transformed my life, and my own personal struggles have led me to this work today. I am passionate about coaching because I know what it's like to feel stuck, directionless, and without purpose. I attended my coach training simply with the intention of gaining personal growth and direction. Not only did I fall in love with coaching as a career, but I graduated with a new sense of purpose, clear goals, and increased confidence. Because of coaching, I launched two thriving businesses and created a happier, more positive version of my life. I figured out how to balance all the areas of my life that I am passionate about and began to build the life I was excited to live.

This is why I created my coaching practice. After the tangible changes I saw in my life, I was inspired and motivated to help others create their own positive transformations. I have a keen ability to understand the needs of my clients, coupled with an easy-going, and empathetic style of coaching.

If you are looking for a collaborator and guide who can understand your challenges, and help create an achievable plan for a life you are excited to live, I would love to be your Life and Career Coach.

I am a certified professional coach specializing in guiding women and men through life transitions and career changes. My lifetime of self-guided study, a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, and a multitude of hospitality-focused careers have all been professionally honed through an ICF-certified coaching program with a strong emphasis on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (the sneaky how to’s of using neuroscience to rewire the brain).

When not coaching, I try to walk my talk and live a balanced life. I'm often found exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, cooking extravagant meals, and puttering in my garden. In addition to coaching, I also run Serenade, an event business my husband and I created to build community through experiences centered around food and music. I live in Bend, Oregon with my husband, daughter, and our dog Arlo.
